Meiro Koizumi “Anti-Dream”

Meiro Koizumi announced his new work “Anti-Dream” at the “Mercedes-Benz Art Scope” exhibition currently held at the Hara Museum of Contemporary Art. This is the work that sparked in Koizumi’s mind at the very moment when he went out in town and saw people walking for the first time in a month after the emergency restriction due to the pandemic was lifted. This work consists of two parts, “Anti-Dream #1” exhibited at the Hara Museum and “Anti-Dream #2” that you can download from the internet and experience in the city.

Its first edition was presented at the 33rd Biennial of Graphic Art in Ljubljana, now at the Ujazdowski Castle Centre for Contemporary Art, this global overview of satire as a graphic genre has been expanded to include new Polish contexts.
