On the day of November 3rd (National Culture holiday in Japan), reversed numbers of March 11th, nearly 500 people gathered in the devastated Fukushima after the Great East Japan earthquake and pulled up a structure that resembles a local lighthouse destroyed by tsunami. The structure was built with rubbles collected from broken houses from the tsunami; at last, this project had developed into a local festival.
